• About the job
• As a Quality Engineering Lead in the telecom domain you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that complex billing and telecom solutions perform with accuracy reliability and scale
• You will lead testing initiatives across multiple projects guiding teams to design and execute robust test strategies that safeguard critical customer and revenue impacting journeys
• This role offers the opportunity to work closely with cross functional teams product owners architects developers and operations to build a culture of quality from the ground up
• You will leverage your telecom billing expertise API knowledge and automation mindset to drive continuous improvement in test coverage and efficiency

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote automation first testing by identifying high value regression areas and partnering with automation teams to build scalable test suites
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to clarify requirements mitigate risks resolve defects and ensure release readiness
• Define and track quality metrics defect density coverage escape defects execution progress with clear stakeholder reporting

Technical Requirements:

• Experience working in Agile or hybrid models contributing to sprint ceremonies and CI CD pipelines from a quality standpoint
• Ability to translate complex billing and business rules into effective positive negative and boundary test scenarios
• Effective stakeholder communication clearly articulating quality status risks and dependencies to business and technical leaders
