Job Description

  • The candidate should possess a comprehensive understanding of order, procurement, and service delivery operations within the carrier industry.
  • It is expected that the candidate has prior experience in completing installations for various clients and demonstrates a nuanced understanding of the challenges often encountered in these processes.
  • The candidate should demonstrate proficiency in coordinating and tracking activities with vendors, spanning from contract negotiation to the Firm Order Commit (FOC) stage, as well as facilitating internal and external scheduling with carriers and customers.
  • The candidate is required to adhere to Service Level Agreements (SLAs), committing to follow-up with carriers on orders and scheduling within three-day increments.
  • A working knowledge of the requirements for both data and voice installations is essential for the candidate.
  • Strategic thinking skills are paramount. The candidate should proactively identify and address any operational gaps, leveraging support from the TEM manager or TEM team when necessary.
