We are seeking a highly skilled Telecom and Networking Professional with expertise in VoIP and Cisco telephony systems. You will be responsible for supporting the full range of Cisco IP Telephony solutions, including CUCM, Cisco Unity Connection, and Cisco Jabber. This role requires a strong understanding of networking protocols, hands-on experience with Cisco CUBEs and Gateways, and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues, perform proactive security fixes, and manage server backups and upgrades.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide support for the complete range of Cisco IP Telephony solutions, including implementation based on client requirements.
- Work with VoIP, SIP, and telephony systems like CUCM (Cisco Unified Communications Manager).
- Apply a strong understanding of networking protocols, routing, switching, and QoS (Quality of Service).
- Gain hands-on experience with Cisco's telephony products, such as Cisco Unity Connection, Cisco Unified Presence, and Cisco Jabber.
- Work hands-on with Cisco CUBEs, Gateways, and SME.
- Integrate telephony systems with other communication platforms and technologies.
- Apply strong Cisco VOIP fundamentals and troubleshooting knowledge to resolve issues with Call Manager, Gateway, and On Net PSTN Calling.
- Support the configuration and administration of Cisco Call Manager and Unity Connection Servers.
- Work on end-user profile move, add, change, and delete activities.
- Utilize a good understanding of CSS, Partition, route pattern, Unity connection, UCS server, CIMC and Esxi, Dial peers, Certificate renewal, and maintenance work.
- Be proactive in identifying security vulnerabilities and providing a fix through patch management.
- Perform application server backup and restore procedures.
- Execute IOS upgrade / Firmware upgrades.

QUALIFICATION:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
