Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of telecallers to achieve individual and team targets
  • Plan and allocate daily telecalling activities to optimize team performance
  • Train new team members on scripts, products, and call handling techniques
  • Monitor calls for quality assurance and provide feedback to improve performance
  • Handle escalated customer queries and complaints professionally
  • Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports
  • Coordinate with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to align goals
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, call scripts, and regulatory compliance
  • Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews
  • Identify process improvements to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction
  • Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • 24 years of experience in telecalling or telesales with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
  • Strong knowledge of telecalling techniques and customer service principles
  • Key Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Leadership and team management capabilities
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution
  • Performance monitoring and coaching
  • Time management and organizational skills
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM or call center software
