Job Responsibilities:
- Identify decision-makers and generate qualified leads for the Business Development team
- Schedule appointments and meetings with interested prospects for the sales team
- Follow up with clients through phone, email, or WhatsApp to nurture leads and maintain engagement
- Support the sales pipeline by maintaining accurate records of leads and follow-ups
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or lead generation
- Excellent English communication and persuasive skills
- Ability to build rapport quickly and handle client objections confidently
