Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telecalling & Sales Executive, located in Kolkata. Key responsibilities include engaging with prospective clients via calls, explaining the firm's services, understanding client requirements, and providing tailored service recommendations. The role also involves maintaining a database of potential clients, following up to ensure client satisfaction, and contributing to the firm's sales targets. Delivering exceptional customer service and representing ASN Associates values and expertise are integral to the position. This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive. You will work directly with the founding team to scale our presence in the Kolkata market. This is a high-growth role perfect for someone who wants to learn the DNA of a startup.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead generation and engaging with prospective clients via calls and meetings.
  • Explaining the firm's integrated Legal, Tax, and Tech services.
  • Maintaining a database of potential clients and following up to ensure conversion.
  • Representing ASN Associates values and contributing to sales targets.

Qualifications:


  • Proficiency in spoken and written Bengali and Hindi
  • .Strong communication, telecalling, and relationship-building skills
  • .Proactive Startup Mindset with the ability to work independently
  • .Prior experience in sales or a Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing is preferable

Compensation & Benefits

  • Fixed Salary: ₹8,000 - ₹12,000 per month
  • Incentives: Uncapped monthly incentives. Hit your targets and take home ₹25,000 - ₹30,000
  • +.Probation: 3 Months (Fully Paid training period
  • ).Growth: Opportunity to move into Senior roles within 12 month
