Role Description

This is an on-site internship role for a Tele calling position, located in the Pune Division. As a Tele caller, your responsibilities will include contacting prospective students to provide information about the institute's programs, answering queries, and guiding them through the enrollment process. You will be expected to maintain a positive relationship with potential candidates while updating and managing call records. Collaboration with the institute's team to generate leads and follow up on inquiries will also be an essential part of your role.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and telephonic skills.
• Ability to manage and maintain accurate call logs and follow-up records.
• Customer service and sales acumen, including lead conversion skills.
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with office tools (e.g., MS Excel, CRM systems).
• Good listening skills and the ability to handle queries and interactions professionally.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and ready to work in an on-site environment.
• Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is a plus.
• Graduation in any field is preferred, but candidates pursuing education may also be considered..
