Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telecaller located in Pune Division. The Telecaller will engage with clients and prospects through calls to introduce company solutions, address inquiries, and nurture positive relationships. Responsibilities may also include maintaining records of interactions, data entry, and assisting in achieving the team's outreach goals. The role involves effective communication to ensure client satisfaction and support lead generation efforts.

Qualifications

  • Strong verbal communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in customer service practices and ability to build relationships with clients
  • Experience using CRM tools and data entry software is advantageous
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced office environment
  • Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales roles would be advantageous
  • Problem-solving skills and adaptability in addressing customer concerns
  • Minimum education requirement: High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree is a plus.
