Job Description

Role Overview:

We are hiring for the role of Customer Service Associate (CSA) for Bank of India's Inbound Process. The role involves handling incoming customer queries, providing accurate information, and ensuring excellent customer experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Attend inbound calls and resolve customer queries effectively.
  • Provide accurate banking-related information as per process guidelines.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional communication.
  • Document call details and escalate issues where necessary.
  • Work in coordination with team leaders to meet service quality standards.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Education: Graduate or pursuing graduation.
  • Freshers are encouraged to apply.
  • Good communication (V3 level) in Hindi, Marathi, and basic English.
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts and rotational weekly offs.
  • Customer-focused and attentive to details.
