Job Description

  • We are seeking a motivated Telecalling Officer - Freshers to join our team in India. This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start their career in sales and customer service.
  • Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services.
  • Provide accurate information to customers and address their inquiries effectively.
  • Maintain records of calls and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Follow up with potential leads to convert them into sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to meet monthly targets.
  • Prepare daily reports on call activities and outcomes.
  • Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English and regional languages.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to engage with customers and build rapport quickly.
  • Strong persuasive skills and ability to handle objections.
  • Good listening skills and attention to detail.
  • Basic understanding of telemarketing and sales principles.
