JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a Telecalling Executive who can communicate confidently with customers over phone calls. The Candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls ,maintaining good customer relationships.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Handle inbound calls and respond to customer queries.

Coordinate with Team Leaders and sales teams

Follow up with customers as required
