Role Description
As a Telecalling Intern at Doon Digital Learning, you will be responsible for engaging with potential students and clients over the phone to provide information about our digital marketing programs, courses, and services. You will ensure clear communication of the institute's offerings, follow up with leads, address inquiries, and maintain detailed records of interactions. Collaboration with the marketing and operations team to drive engagement and enrollments will be a key part of your responsibilities. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Dehradun, offering some flexibility for remote work.
