We are looking for a dynamic Telecalling intern to join our team at Caresoft Systems Private Limited! As a Telecalling intern, you will have the opportunity to enhance your communication skills while assisting with various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Making outbound calls to prospective clients to promote our services.
- Handling inbound calls and addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all calls and interactions in MS-Excel.
- Collaborating with the sales team to follow up on leads and schedule appointments.
- Providing excellent customer service and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Demonstrating proficiency in spoken and written English and Hindi.
- Assisting with other administrative duties as needed.
