Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Responding quickly to patient enquiries received via WhatsApp and Meta Ads leads
- Calling new enquiries immediately and guiding patients on consultation booking
- Explaining consultation details, doctor availability, timings, and basic eye treatment info in simple language
- Doing regular follow-ups for patients who haven't confirmed their appointment
- Updating lead status daily in Google Sheets/CRM (New / Follow-up / Booked / Not Interested)
- Coordinating with the hospital front desk to confirm appointments and schedules
- Sending WhatsApp reminders (appointment time, location, documents to carry, etc.)
- Handling basic objections and FAQs (pricing, wait time, fear, call later)
- Sharing end-of-day updates: leads handled, calls done, bookings confirmed, pending follow-ups
