Job Title: Telecalling Intern

About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Telecalling Intern to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, has strong communication skills, and wants to build a foundation in sales, marketing, or customer relations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients/customers to introduce company products or services.
- Maintain a database of leads and follow up regularly.
- Understand customer needs and provide relevant information.
- Assist in generating qualified leads for the sales team.
- Maintain call records and update CRM systems accurately.
- Support marketing and business development initiatives as needed.
Skills & Requirements:
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (regional languages are a plus).
- Confident, energetic, and persuasive on calls.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets, CRM tools).
- Ability to handle rejections positively and stay motivated.
