Role Description
We are looking for a dedicated Telecalling Intern for a full-time, on-site role located in Nirman Vihar. The Telecalling Intern will be responsible for reaching out to prospective students over phone calls to provide information about our training programs. Day-to-day responsibilities include answering customer queries, explaining program features, guiding students through the course selection process, assisting with enrollment, and maintaining accurate call records.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to operate telecalling software
- Good organizational and time-management abilities
- Customer service orientation and ability to build relationships
- Familiarity with education or training services is an advantage
- Minimum qualification: 10+2 or equivalent
