Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Telecalling Executive for a full-time, on-site role at our Nashik campus. The Telecalling Executive will engage with prospective students and parents, respond to inquiries, provide information about our academic programs, and guide individuals through the admission process. The role also involves maintaining accurate records of communication, following up on leads, and collaborating with the admissions team to meet enrollment targets. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications, Skills and other details :-

• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
• Proficiency in managing data and maintaining accurate records
• Basic computer skills, Positive attitude
• Prior experience in telecalling or customer service is preferred but not mandatory
• Graduate or Postgraduate (Any)
• Immediate Joiners will be preferred.
