Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Telecalling Executive role based in Udaipur. Responsibilities include managing outbound and inbound calls, engaging with prospective and existing clients to provide information about product or service offerings, resolving customer queries, and maintaining detailed call records. The Telecalling Executive will also perform follow-ups, assist in lead generation, and contribute to achieving sales goals by professionally representing the company through verbal communication.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong sales and negotiation abilities to convert leads into customers
• Ability to listen actively and address customer concerns efficiently
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to work in a team, maintain professionalism, and meet targets or deadlines
• Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales roles is a plus
• High school diploma or an equivalent qualification; a bachelor's degree is an advantage
• Fluency in English and Hindi (or other local languages) is preferred
