Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Make outbound calls to leads and generate appointments.
  • Explain slimming, weight-management, and body-contouring services to prospective clients.
  • Follow up with leads regularly and convert enquiries into clinic visits.
  • Maintain proper lead, call, appointment, and follow-up records.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and appointment targets.
  • Handle client queries professionally and provide accurate information.
  • Coordinate with the clinic team for scheduled appointments and follow-ups.
  • Reconnect with old, missed, and non-converted leads.
  • Maintain a high level of customer service and professional communication.
Skills Required
  • Excellent communication and convincing skills.
  • Good Tamil and English communication; other local languages are an advantage.
  • Strong follow-up and sales skills.
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated.
  • Basic computer/CRM knowledge.
  • Positive attitude and ability to work in a team.
