Job Summary:
We are hiring a dynamic and target-oriented Telecalling Executive for our NBFC operations. Candidates with experience in Loan Against Property (LAP) will be given preference. However, candidates with experience in other loan tele-sales profiles such as Personal Loan, Business Loan, Home Loan, Mortgage Loan, Gold Loan, or any secured/unsecured loan products are also encouraged to apply.
Makeoutbound callsto prospective customers for promotingLoan Against Property (LAP)and other loan products
Generate quality leads throughtele-callingand convert prospects into customers by effectively communicating product benefits
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitableloan productsmatching their financial needs
Maintain detailed records of all calls and customer interactions in theCRM system
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthlysales targetsand calling metrics as assigned by management
Follow up with interested prospects through multiple touchpoints to ensureloan application completion
Coordinate with field sales teams and loan processing teams for smoothcustomer onboarding
Handle customer queries, objections, and concerns professionally while maintainingexcellent customer service
Stay updated with currentloan schemes, interest rates, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements
Conductneed analysisand qualify leads based on eligibility parameters before forwarding to the sales team
Maintain high standards ofcompliancewith company policies and regulatory guidelines during all customer interactions
Participate in regular training sessions and team meetings to enhanceproduct knowledge and sales techniques
Generate daily and weekly reports on calling activity, lead generation, andconversion ratios
Additional Information
This is 6 days work from office - alternate Saturday off
