Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata for a Telecalling Executive. The role involves engaging with potential and existing clients via phone calls to promote financial products and services. Responsibilities include handling client inquiries, providing relevant information, building positive relationships, maintaining detailed records of interactions, and meeting the assigned sales or customer support targets. The ideal candidate should be comfortable making outbound calls to both leads and existing customers.
