Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telecalling Executive based in Delhi, India. The role involves reaching out to potential clients, explaining loan products and services, answering inquiries, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions. The Telecalling Executive will also assess customer requirements, schedule appointments, and collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
