Role Summary
Homie Furniture Rentals is looking for a CRM Executive to handle customer enquiries, manage CRM data, support sales follow-ups, and ensure a smooth customer experience from enquiry to service completion.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer calls, WhatsApp, and email enquiries
Provide clear information on services, pricing, rental terms, and timelines
Update and manage customer data in CRM
Follow up on leads and support conversions
Coordinate with operations for delivery/service
Collect customer feedback and support repeat business
Requirements
Any graduate
Good communication and customer-handling skills
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Excel/Google Sheets
Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
