Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telecaller located in Uttam Nagar West, Delhi.The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective clients, promoting services, addressing inquiries, and providing excellent customer support. The day-to-day tasks include maintaining call logs, achieving assigned targets, and ensuring client satisfaction. You will also collaborate with the team to optimize strategies for client engagement and retention.
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal communication skills, active listening, and a professional phone demeanor
- Customer relationship management and the ability to handle inquiries effectively
- Proficiency in maintaining accurate call logs and attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of sales processes and target-driven mindset
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and meet deadlines
- Fluency in English and Hindi or applicable local languages
- Prior experience in customer service or telecalling is preferred but not mandatory
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor's degree is an advantage
