Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Telecalling - CRM Executive. In this position, the individual will handle customer interaction through phone calls, build and maintain customer relationships, address customer queries, and encourage customer retention. The individual will also be responsible for managing lead data, providing a positive customer experience, and supporting sales efforts by identifying and following up on potential leads.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills to assess data trends and customer behavior
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Proficiency in customer retention strategies and maintaining positive customer experiences
- Excellent communication skills to engage with customers effectively
- Experience in sales and the ability to identify opportunities for upselling services
- Ability to work independently
- Knowledge of CRM tools and applications is an advantage
