Description
We are seeking a motivated Telecaller to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting our products and services, and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about products and services.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team performance metrics.
- Follow up with leads and prospects to convert them into sales.
- Handle customer objections and provide appropriate solutions or alternatives.
Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong persuasive skills and ability to engage customers effectively.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.
- Strong listening skills and attention to detail.
