About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic, confident, and customer-focused Telecallers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting with prospective students, providing information about our training programs, addressing basic queries, and ensuring timely follow-ups to maintain effective communication throughout the student journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective students and enquiries generated through various channels.
- Achieve a target of 100+ connected calls daily.
- Provide accurate information about TNC Aviation's training programs and offerings.
- Understand student requirements and address basic queries professionally.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with interested candidates.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, interactions, and follow-up updates.
- Update call outcomes and student information in the designated trackers/CRM.
- Ensure a positive and professional experience during every interaction.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Confidence in speaking with new people over the phone.
- Ability to handle high call volumes professionally.
- Strong listening, interpersonal, and persuasion skills.
- Good organisational and time management abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Ability to remain motivated and maintain professionalism while handling repetitive tasks.
Preferred Experience
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, counselling, front office, or similar roles.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
- Exposure to the education or aviation industry will be an added advantage.
