Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and provide information about products and services.
- Handle inbound calls and address customer inquiries and concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Follow up with leads and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Achieve daily and weekly call targets set by the management.
- Collaborate with team members to improve sales strategies and techniques.
Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus).
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong, persuasive, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Good listening skills and a customer-oriented approach.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
