Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services.
- Assist customers with inquiries and provide information regarding products and services.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall team performance.
- Follow up on leads and nurture customer relationships to drive sales conversions.
Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Malayalam.
