Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote Scoresoftlabs products and services.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide detailed information about Scoresoftlabs offerings.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Follow up on leads and ensure timely and effective communication with customers.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs set by the management.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective strategies for customer acquisition and retention.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and improve sales techniques.
Requirements
- Any graduate with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Freshers are welcome; prior experience in telecalling or customer service is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in using MS Office applications.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
- Flexibility to work in shifts as required by Scoresoftlabs.
