Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Telecaller role based in Gurugram. The Telecaller will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers to assist them with their financial requirements and provide information about available loan options. Daily activities include making outbound/inbound calls, explaining loan products, addressing client queries, and maintaining accurate call records. The Telecaller will also ensure excellent customer service and follow-up to maintain client satisfaction and strengthen relationships.
Qualifications
- Proficient communication and interpersonal skills, including a clear and persuasive speaking style.
- Sales and negotiation skills with the ability to achieve assigned targets.
- Basic understanding of financial products such as personal loans, home loans, and business loans is preferred.
- Ability to use CRM tools and maintain accurate call and client data records.
- Fluency in English and Hindi, with the ability to understand regional accents.
- Sensitivity to customer needs and maintaining a customer-first approach.
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or financial services is an advantage.
- A minimum qualification of a high school diploma; a bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred.
