Key Responsibilities

• Outbound Calling: Dial lists of potential clients to pitch products, share promotions, or find sales leads.
• Inbound Support: Answer incoming queries, solve basic complaints, and provide accurate product details.
• Lead Tracking: Record call outcomes, customer feedback, and follow-up dates in the Razorpay Payroll Learning Center or company CRM system.
• Target Achievement: Meet daily and monthly goals for talk time, lead generation, or closed sales.
• Script Adherence: Follow predefined calling scripts while adapting naturally to customer responses.
