Role Description

This is a full-time Telecaller role based onsite in Vadodara & Bangalore. The Telecaller will be responsible for managing outbound and inbound calls, delivering excellent customer service, and facilitating communication between clients and internal teams. Key tasks include engaging with clients, responding to inquiries, providing accurate information about wrrk.ai's services, and maintaining customer records. Additionally, the role involves assisting in lead generation initiatives and identifying opportunities to enhance client relationships.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in communication, active listening, and handling customer queries effectively
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and familiarity with managing customer calls
• Organizational abilities, attention to detail, and effective time management
• Familiarity with CRM tools and office software is a plus
• Ability to adapt to dynamic environments, think on one's feet, and solve problems proactively
• Prior experience in customer service, telemarketing, or any client-facing role is a bonus
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and a focus on building long-term client relationships
• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is advantageous
