Job Description of Telecaller:
A telecaller initiates or receives phone calls to provide information to customers, generate leads, and provide customer support.
Addressing inquiries, scheduling appointments, and updating records manually, with a focus on achieving targets.
Strong communication skills.
Outbound/Inbound Calls: Contacting prospects, following up on leads, and answering incoming customer inquiries.
Sales & Promotion: Explaining products/services and persuading customers to schedule visits.
