Telecaller / Voice Process (Female)

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle outbound and follow-up customer calls
• Explain financial products and services
• Generate leads and support customer onboarding
• Resolve customer queries and maintain call records
• Achieve calling targets and provide customer support

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills in Tamil & English
• Basic computer and MS Excel knowledge
• Good customer handling and interpersonal skills
• Freshers with strong communication skills can apply
