Job Description:We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Telecaller to join our team in a non-sales capacity. The role will involve customer interaction through feedback and follow-up calls, processing purchase orders, and assisting in the handling, packaging, and branding of products. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, have an eye for detail, and be comfortable working with both customers and operational tasks.
Key Responsibilities:Customer Communication:- Feedback Calls: Conduct follow-up calls to customers for feedback on their recent purchases or experiences. Gather insights to improve products and services.
- Add-to-Cart Calls: Contact potential customers who have added items to their cart but haven't completed the purchase. Offer assistance, answer queries, and encourage order completion.
- Customer Inquiries: Handle any incoming calls related to product inquiries, order status, delivery timelines, and general customer support.
Order Processing:- Purchase Order Handling: Process incoming orders from customers accurately, ensuring all necessary details are captured (product type, quantities, shipping address, etc.).
- Order Confirmation & Updates: Confirm orders with customers and provide updates on order processing, shipping, and delivery timelines.
Inventory Management:- Inventory Handling: Assist in managing stock levels, ensuring that products are available for customer orders. Report any discrepancies in stock levels.
- Stock Replenishment: Work closely with the inventory team to ensure timely restocking of products as needed.
Packaging & Branding:- Product Packaging: Assist with the packaging of products for dispatch. Ensure that products are securely packed and ready for shipment.
- Branding: Ensure products are branded properly and in line with company guidelines. This includes labeling and adding promotional materials or tags.
Documentation & Reporting:- Data Entry: Accurately enter customer details, order information, feedback, and inventory data into the system.
- Reporting: Maintain daily logs of calls made, feedback collected, orders processed, and inventory-related tasks for reporting to management.
Skills and Qualifications:- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication and the ability to speak clearly and professionally.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to accurately process orders, update customer information, and manage inventory.
- Customer-Focused: A positive, customer-centric attitude with the ability to handle feedback and inquiries.
- Organization Skills: Ability to multitask and manage various responsibilities, such as handling calls, processing orders, and overseeing inventory.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with basic office software (e.g., MS Office), customer relationship management (CRM) tools, and order processing systems.

- Previous Experience: Experience in telecalling, customer service, or operational tasks in a similar environment is a plus.
Education and Experience:- High school diploma or equivalent required; a college degree is a plus.
- Prior experience in customer service, telecalling, or any operational role is preferred.
