Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata for a Telecaller. The Telecaller will engage with potential clients over the phone to promote TIDA Sports services and products, manage customer inquiries, and provide accurate information. The role also includes maintaining detailed records of calls and interactions, following up on leads, and collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to achieve targets. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients is a key focus.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to effectively engage customers over the phone.
  • Basic proficiency in sales and customer service techniques, with an understanding of lead generation and client engagement strategies.
  • Ability to maintain accurate records, manage follow-ups, and work collaboratively with sales and marketing teams.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using phone systems, CRM software, and other communication tools is an advantage.
  • Fluency in English and Hindi; additional regional languages are a plus.
  • Previous experience in a telecalling or customer support role is preferred but not mandatory.
