Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecaller, based in Chennai. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients to introduce and promote the company's services. The role involves following up on sales inquiries, addressing customer queries, maintaining records of calls, and ensuring excellent customer service. The Telecaller will also play a key part in contributing to sales strategies and meeting individual and team performance targets.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with ability to convey information clearly and effectively
- Proficiency in phone-based customer handling, telecommunication, and maintaining call logs
- Basic knowledge of sales strategies, customer relationship management, and goal-oriented abilities
- Familiarity with real estate or location-based services is an advantage
- Proactive attitude and ability to handle client queries efficiently
- Demonstrated capability to work on-site in Chennai and contribute to a collaborative team environment
