Bharat Auction House (BAH) is a digital asset liquidation and e-auction platform helping businesses sell surplus, used, excess and non-core assets through a transparent and competitive online auction process.

Role Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller / Telecalling Executive to support our Sales & Business Development team through outbound calling, lead generation and client follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients and businesses.
• Generate and qualify leads for asset liquidation and e-auction services.
• Introduce and explain BAH's services to potential clients.
• Identify businesses with vehicles, machinery, IT assets, scrap, surplus and other assets for sale.
• Follow up with prospects through calls, WhatsApp and email.
• Maintain lead and follow-up details in the CRM.
• Schedule meetings between qualified prospects and the Business Development team.
• Achieve assigned calling and lead-generation targets.
• Coordinate with the sales team for effective lead conversion.

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident and comfortable speaking with business clients.
• Strong follow-up and convincing skills.
• Good command of English and Hindi; Marathi is an added advantage.
• Basic knowledge of CRM, MS Office or Google Workspace.
• Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.
• Candidates with prior telecalling/B2B sales experience will be preferred.
