Job Summary
Cloudnausor Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecaller to support our sales and business development team. The role involves making outbound calls, handling inbound inquiries, generating leads, and explaining our products and services to potential customers.
Key Responsibilities
Calling & Lead Handling
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers using provided databases
- Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team
Product Communication
- Clearly explain company products, services, and offers to customers
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions
- Schedule follow-up calls, demos, or meetings for sales executives
Data & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer details in CRM
- Update call status, follow-ups, and feedback regularly
- Submit daily and weekly call and lead reports
Customer Relationship
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers
- Address customer concerns and escalate issues when required
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
Required Skills & Qualifications
Mandatory Skills
- Good communication skills in English and local language
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, email, CRM tools)
- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
- Willingness to meet daily calling and lead targets
Preferred Skills
- Experience in telecalling / telesales / customer support
- Knowledge of IT services, software, or cloud products is an advantage
- Strong listening and persuasion skills
