Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement & Communication:
- Handle incoming and outgoing client calls.
- Explain stock market services, including trading and investment offerings.
- Respond to queries and provide accurate information to clients.
Lead Management & Conversion:
- Follow up on leads generated through digital channels, CRM, or telecalling campaigns.
- Convert leads into clients by explaining product benefits and guiding them through the onboarding process.
Digital & CRM Handling:
- Manage online leads and client interactions via WhatsApp and CRM tools.
- Maintain accurate client records and update lead statuses regularly.
Training & Development:
- Gain understanding of stock market products and processes (training provided).
- Stay updated with market trends and brokerage offerings.
