Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement & Communication:

  • Handle incoming and outgoing client calls.
  • Explain stock market services, including trading and investment offerings.
  • Respond to queries and provide accurate information to clients.

Lead Management & Conversion:

  • Follow up on leads generated through digital channels, CRM, or telecalling campaigns.
  • Convert leads into clients by explaining product benefits and guiding them through the onboarding process.

Digital & CRM Handling:

  • Manage online leads and client interactions via WhatsApp and CRM tools.
  • Maintain accurate client records and update lead statuses regularly.

Training & Development:

  • Gain understanding of stock market products and processes (training provided).
  • Stay updated with market trends and brokerage offerings.
