Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services.
• Answer incoming calls and address customer inquiries and concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Follow up with leads and provide information to enhance customer engagement.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets and objectives.
