We are looking for a Telecaller who has good communication skills and is comfortable talking to customers over calls and emails.

Responsibilities:

• Talk to customers and understand their loan requirements.
• Explain loan procedures and required documents.
• Handle customer queries and follow up with customers.
• Manage customer communication through calls and emails.
• Maintain good relationships with customers.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of loan procedures.
• Customer handling experience over calls and emails.
• Basic computer and email knowledge.
• Experience in banking/finance/telecalling will be preferred.
