Telecaller

Key Responsibilities:

 Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.

 Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.

 Make follow-up calls and maintain regular communication with customers.

 Maintain accurate call records and update customer information.

 Coordinate with the internal team whenever required.

 Achieve daily and monthly calling and performance targets.
