This is a full-time, on-site Telecaller role located in Lucknow. The Telecaller will be responsible for outbound and inbound calls to potential clients, presenting information about the company's real estate projects and services. The role includes maintaining customer relationships, addressing inquiries, updating client information, and coordinating with internal teams. The individual will also track leads, follow up on potential sales opportunities, and update reports on customer feedback.

• Strong communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in customer engagement and relationship management
• Ability to work independently with a focus on meeting sales targets and deadlines
• Basic computer skills, including knowledge of MS Office and CRM software
• Familiarity with the real estate industry and sales practices is an advantage
• Fluency in Hindi and English
• A high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus
