Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, generating leads, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
- Handle inbound customer queries in a professional and courteous manner
- Generate and qualify leads
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow ups
- Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions
- Handle customer objections effectively and close calls positively
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer handling
Candidate Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in telecalling / telesales / customer support
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Soft-spoken with a polite and customer-friendly approach
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
- Ability to handle rejection positively
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills
