Job Description

The Telecaller / Telesales Executive will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers to promote products or services, handle inquiries, and support the sales process through efficient communication and database management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Outreach: Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about products or services using provided scripts.
  • Product Information: Answer customer questions regarding products, services, or the company.
  • Requirement Analysis & Sales Closure: Ask questions to understand customer needs and close sales effectively.
  • Lead Management: Direct prospects to the field sales team when required.
  • Database Management: Enter and update customer information in the system accurately.
  • Order Processing: Take and process orders efficiently and accurately.
  • Grievance Handling: Address customer complaints to maintain the company's reputation.
  • Sales Targets: Go the extra mile to meet sales quotas and facilitate future sales opportunities.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of calls, sales, and other useful customer information.
