Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Telecaller role located in Varanasi. The primary responsibilities include reaching out to potential customers via phone calls, explaining solar energy services and products, and scheduling consultations. Telecallers will also handle customer inquiries, build positive relationships, and maintain accurate records of customer interactions. The role involves regular collaboration with the sales and marketing teams to achieve organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills, verbal fluency, and professional phone etiquette
- Basic understanding of customer relationship management and the ability to maintain accurate records
- Problem-solving skills and the capability to handle customer inquiries efficiently
