Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services.
- Provide information about products and services to customers.
- Answer customer queries and handle objections effectively.
- Maintain a record of calls made and outcomes achieved.
- Follow up with leads generated from marketing campaigns.
- Achieve daily and monthly call targets as set by the management.
- Collaborate with team members to improve sales strategies.
Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and local languages.
- Ability to listen and understand customer needs.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
- Strong persuasive skills to convince customers.
