Telecaller - Recruiter - Freshers / Experienced

We are looking for a Telecaller/Tele-Recruiter with 0-2 years of experience to join our team in Porur, Chennai, immediately. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to persuade potential candidates to apply for our job openings. As a Telecaller/Tele-Recruiter, you will be responsible for contacting potential candidates, assessing their qualifications, and persuading them to apply for our job openings.

Responsibilities

• Contact potential candidates via phone and email
• Assess candidates qualifications and suitability for the job
• Persuade potential candidates to apply for our job openings
• Schedule interviews for shortlisted candidates
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all communication with candidates

Skills and Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills
• Freshers are accepted
• Proven experience as a Telecaller/Tele-Recruiter or similar role
• Ability to persuade potential candidates to apply for job openings
• Familiarity with job portals and social media platforms
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work well in a team
• Minimum educational qualification: Bachelor's degree
